PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Eventscape collaborated with Figure3 and Greenferd Construction on the creation of custom ceiling and wall elements in the 45,000 sq. ft. head office of RioCan at 2300 Yonge Street in Toronto. The office spans 3 floors and has achieved both LEED Platinum and Fitwel certifications for sustainable and healthy workplace environments.

Eventscape fabricated the specialty vaulted ceiling in the multi purpose lounge in the RioCan head office with 19 rows of white thermoformed semi-transparent Corian cove panels. The ceiling was attached to the base building with a spine assembly of steel drops and brackets, with custom metal service troughs in-between each row for seamless integration of LED down lighting, speakers, HVAC and sprinklers. Eventscape also fabricated 30 beautiful custom metal screens with a bronze finish throughout the office.
