YOUR CUSTOM ARCHITECTURAL FABRICATOR

Our focus is customization, our playground is architecture, and our expertise is fabrication.

We are the preferred partner for design and architectural professionals around the world whose creative vision requires the highest standard of fabrication. Together we share one aim: to “build the extraordinary”®. At Eventscape we redefine the boundaries of fabrication. We thrive on challenges and are driven by our shared passion for innovative design. Considered a global leader with over 25 years experience in the industry, we are always evolving, redefining our skills, and reshaping our world. We build things others can’t.

BRINGING YOUR SKETCHES TO LIFE

Our innovations grow out of your visions, so we encourage you to work with us from day one. Send us your early sketches, renderings, or drawings and together we can make your architectural dreams a reality. As collaborators, we’ll help refine your concept by providing input on possible material choices, finishes, details, and fabrication approaches, and point out possible challenges so they can be dealt with early on.

PRELIMINARY ESTIMATES, VALUE ENGINEERING, OR FIRM QUOTES

Our dedicated sales and estimating team will work with you to develop either a ballpark estimate or detailed schedule and quote depending on your current needs. If required, we can suggest value engineering approaches that can help your project stay as true to your vision as possible. This will help you sell your idea to your client and allow you to manage your budget accurately at an early stage.

A DEDICATED PROJECT MANAGER FROM CONCEPT TO INSTALLATION

Once contracted, your project will be assigned a dedicated project manager and other team members as required. The project manager is directly responsible for your project from concept development through to final installation. Since all of our projects are custom and pre-fabricated in our production facility, your project manager will keep you up-to-date on the progress of your project through photography, video, or in-person review.

DETERMINING THE MOST APPROPRIATE SOLUTION

Our teams are constantly exploring new materials and manufacturing processes, and embrace R+D as a critical part of a project’s success as we understand that all the answers can’t be known until real materials start coming together.  With your input and feedback, we determine the best solution for your project, reviewing material choices and methods for fabrication to optimize production, assembly, and installation.

ITERATIVE “DESIGN THROUGH MAKING” TO GENERATE A PHYSICAL PROOF OF CONCEPT

We are firm believers in “design through making” and undertake an iterative prototyping approach to refine the seen and unseen elements that make up a complex project.  In order to ensure that you are satisfied before launching full production, representative prototypes or full-scale mockups are fabricated and submitted to you for approval in order to verify materials, assembly details, and finishing techniques.

INTEGRATED STRUCTURAL REVIEW, COORDINATION, AND ANALYSIS

Our engineers work with us from the project outset to develop efficient and integrated structural solutions, as well as analyze and approve all structural details utilizing a wide range of the latest in analysis software.  Engineering reports, stamped drawings, written specifications, and other supporting information for construction documentation can be provided if required.

3D SUBMITTAL DRAWINGS FOR COORDINATION AND APPROVAL

Supported by years of practical experience, our expertise in design computation and 3D parametric modelling allows us to produce detailed shop drawings and 3D models for submittals and project coordination, and ensures your informed approval prior to full fabrication.  Leveraging the power of digital workflows we then turn the approved drawings into production drawings and machine instructions.

ANY MATERIAL, ANY SIZE

Our expert craftsmen and digital fabricators are versatile working with any material and finish in house, including metals, wood, solid surface, glass, composites, textiles, lighting, digital media, and electronics.  Our 150,000 square foot production shops are fully equipped with cutting edge digital fabrication equipment, and all the specialized machinery, tools and multi-axis CNC machines required to manufacture at the highest level of precision and quality. Our specialty finishing facilities allows us to manage all aspects of your projects in-house.

TESTING, FITTING, AND CLIENT REVIEW

We will pre-assemble and stage your project in our facility to ensure a smooth and efficient install on site. In addition to assuring quality, fit, and finish, this allows our installation team to fully immerse themselves in the details and rehearse the installation sequence before anything leaves our shop.  This is also an opportunity to have meaningful reviews with you and your client, other stakeholders, and any associated trades.

WORLDWIDE FREIGHT AND LOGISTICS

Pre-fabrication is essential to our process and your project is engineered to knock down to a practical size for shipping. All projects are carefully packed in custom crates, bags, or boxes, by our skilled warehouse team to ensure they look as good when they get to your door as they do when they leave our facility. Our logistics team directs shipping by air, ground, or sea, anywhere in the world, using hourly delivery tracking and our own international brokers to ensure your deliveries are on time.

SUPERVISION OR TURN-KEY INSTALLATION

We manage the installation of each of our projects.  We can facilitate installation globally, from on-site supervision of local labor, to turnkey solutions using our own qualified installation teams.  Our large network of certified union and non-union resources allows us to meet the particular needs of your project from start to finish.

FROM START-TO-FINISH

We are the ultimate turnkey solution for every architectural and design project; the one-stop shop where we bring your architectural and design vision from sketch to reality, fluidly and seamlessly while eliminating the unexpected. As the all-in-one solution, it means we can control the project—from costs to installation —every step of the way. Additionally, as off-site fabricators we ensure precise fit, finish and integration prior to installation, reviewed and approved by you before it leaves our facility, managing all coordination with other site trades.

TESTIMONIALS.

“We have seen the first class work of Eventscape through our collaboration on the Kirkland & Ellis Office in Washington, DC and the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, as well as multiple projects in design around the country and in Canada. The value that Eventscape is able to bring to the design and construction process is without question. One of the things we love about how they work is that they’re material agnostic—most fabricators prefer particular materials and will push their use regardless of the desired performance or aesthetic for the project. Everyone at Eventscape is interested in getting the best product. Touring their facilities was also a designer’s dream as the fabrication spaces are all meticulous, showing the care everyone at Eventscape takes with their work. The entire Eventscape crew, from sales and marketing to design delegation and engineering to fabrication and installation are incredible to work with.”
Andrew Daley AIA, Senior Associate, SHoP Architects

“We worked with so many different people on this project, let me just tell you this; working with Eventscape was an absolute pleasure. Their solutions-based mentality with what we were doing with something that was so complex and something that was unprecedented – certainly for us…to be able to have the ease and actual exchange of ideas, and coming up with solutions and ultimately the end part of the product, I would just say this, that if all our partners throughout the process were as easy to work with as Eventscape our life would have been a little bit easier.”
—Leo Komoroski, CEO of Cleveland Cavaliers / Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse

“Eventscape distinguished itself from beginning to end on the project, through utmost professionalism and craftsmanship. That professionalism permeated throughout the entire organization and made working with everyone a very positive experience. In an industry where delivering high quality product on time and on budget can be a challenge, Eventscape truly stands out.”
—Sabine Curto, Senior Director of Administration, Confidential Office

“Eventscape proved an ideal partner in this collaborative approach thanks to their ability to bridge architectural visions and practical realities. In addition to their high quality work standards, their focus on innovating custom solutions to distinct challenges helped make the Flower a source of community pride. They truly do “build the extraordinary,” and we would not hesitate to recommend them for any project that requires imagination as well as a deep understanding of materials and construction. “
—Gelare Danaie Associate Architect, STANTEC ARCHITECTURE LTD.

“There was a huge challenge, in the technical aspects to make something like this work — Eventscape was the best company to go with. This was a design-build project, both from a construction point of view, the interface between the existing steel and the new balconies we had to put it and how Eventscape had to fabricate and build around it – absolutely successful – I don’t see how we could have done it otherwise.”
—Antra Rose, Project Architect, DIAMOND SCHMITT ARCHITECTS

For a project like this you had to bring in highly skilled and highly qualified subcontractors. I think including Eventscape, we had a dream team of designers and subcontractors in order to build this theatre.
—Benjamin Valiquette-Kissel, GILLIAN GROUP CONTRACTORS

“Eventscape’s project pre-planning was a key factor to completing the two most expensive and complex phases of the renovation. In this challenging phased renovation and expansion, Eventscape’s professionalism. competency and dedication to the project stood out. Eventscape was given the lofty task to complete the design, fabricate and install a complex and highly architectural specialty ceiling in the Short North and Union Station Ballrooms. Employing 3D scanning and Building Information Modeling, Eventscape served as the lead coordinator for all trades involved with the specialty ceilings, including drywall, structural steel, electrical HVAC and fire protection.Due to the amazing “down to every nut and bold” coordination effort put in by Eventscape in the preconstruction phase, the specialty ceilings in each set of ballrooms were completed seamlessly and prior to the scheduled completion date.”
—Tom Simko, Project Executive, Brandt Quinn, Project Manager, CORNA-KOKOSING-ELFORD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY

“Eventscape was a fantastic partner – you are true professionals and the level of detail and customer service was outstanding. Well done and congratulations! “
—Caroline Landry, Merchandising Manager, Luxury Division, COTY CANADA

“When we approached Eventscape with this project, their team embraced the challenge fully, posing no qualms about the columns’ height or multifaceted surfaces. The Eventscape team was extremely capable and professional, giving Munge Leung the confidence to know they would execute our design of the column structures, and Eventscape produced a detailed design solution with proposed material details and manufacturing processes, in addition to constructing a scale mock-up.In the end, Munge Leung’s design vision for the Fly Lobby Columns was fully realized: Eventscape delivered an exceptional product that was perfectly executed, and that is why they are Munge Leung’s preferred vendor for outstanding design solutions that pose unique structural challenges. Capable, experienced and professional, the Eventscape team did a wonderful job with the Lobby Columns at Fly Condos and were a pleasure to work with. We look forward to our continued collaboration.”
—Alessandro Munge, Principal, STUDIO MUNGE

“Thank you!!! You guys are absolute rockstars if not the best sub-contractor on the gallery. Looking forward to working with you guys in the near future.”
—Michael Gabbamonte, Assistant Project Superintendent, HFZ CAPITAL GROUP

“Eventscape was willing to take on a fabrication  challenge that very few others possibly could. They developed details and methods carefully with us to ensure performance and budget while achieving our intended artistic effects. Their communication and documentation during the process were clear and helpful, and their install team worked like clockwork. Thank you Eventscape!”
—Paul Raff, Founding Principal, PAUL RAFF STUDIO

“Eventscape has the technology, equipment, skilled personnel, and floor-space to manage a project of such a tremendous scale. Their team pays tremendous attention to consistency of build, uniformity of material surface, and the overall design intent of a project — an ideal partner for us to work with on this.”
—Jennifer Marman, Daniel Borins & James Khamsi, ARTISTS

“I love that when we work with Eventscape they care as much about the final product as we do. I don’t have to worry because they have our back. While their engineering and shop drawings are the best we have dealt with, they are designers at heart so they aren’t making fabrication decisions based solely on data or numbers. They help us make our projects better which is invaluable.”
—Gregory Merkel, ICRAVE

“With (their) attention to detail, expert knowledge and competent skills, Eventscape’s professional staff helped turn II BY IV DESIGN’s creative vision into three dimensional form, and our design team thoroughly enjoyed your collaborative approach to the process. We look forward to future partnerships with Eventscape on many more stunning projects”.
—Dan Menchions & Keith Rushbrook, Partners, II BY IV DESIGN

“Eventscape’s attention to detail combined with precision work turned out fantastic and we are very pleased with the end result. It is always a pleasure to work with your team and we appreciate the professionalism, fluid communication and creative brainstorming you provide. Eventscape, you never fail to deliver! It is always a thrill when reality turns out better than our intended vision. Looking forward to the next collaboration. “
—Susan Reed, Senior Designer & Project Manager, PAPPAS DESIGN

Jason Bruges Studio are delighted with the realization of Liquid Crystal, which is in no small part a result of the hard work and dedication of the Eventscape Team. The artwork posed unique challenges in materiality, structure and technology, and required a fabricator that was not afraid to try new techniques and come to us with innovative solutions to design challenges. The working relationship was a close and collaborative one, and it was extremely reassuring to us that Eventscape had the same expectations as we did when it came to the details and quality of finish. The management of the project development, build and installation was extremely professional. The quality of the completed piece is a testament to the team at Eventscape, and a reflection of the confidence which we hold for their professional approach. We would be delighted to work with them again and look forward to finding the next opportunity to do so.”
—Jason Bruges, Founder & Creative Director, JASON BRUGES STUDIO
