PROJECT DESCRIPTION

At the newly revitalized Global Headquarters of a major financial institution in TriBeCa, New York City, Eventscape had the honor of collaborating with the visionary teams at Gensler and Tishman to engineer, fabricate and install key interior architectural elements. The ground floor, home to the new flagship consumer banking branch, was designed to be a highly flexible, immersive environment. Eventscape’s expertise brought to life several highly detailed, large-scale architectural components that support this dynamic functionality.

Among the features fabricated and installed were:

  • Seventeen decorative full-height metal lattice screens (11 fixed, 6 sliding) covering over 1,600 SF, integrating various custom wood and anodized, brass and SS mirror finishes.
  • Full-height metal slat cladding at four column locations.
  • Nine additional metal-clad columns totaling approximately 2,200 SF.
  • Three glass pivot doors, each approximately 14 feet tall, featuring custom leather and metal hardware and laminated low-iron glass.
  • Interior cladding for four large X-braces, shaped into circular sections and secured to structural I-beams.
  • A stunning Corian solid-surface mural in relief depicting Manhattan.

Every element was custom-designed and turnkey fabricated by Eventscape, enabling the space to shift effortlessly between public accessibility and private interaction. This innovative design approach supports the bank’s mission to serve customers while embedding deeper into the Lower Manhattan community with a space that symbolizes the future of banking.
